Abstract. The frequency of detection of cystic lesions of the head and neck in dental patients of the maxillofacial department of the Vinnitsya Regional Clinical Hospital named after N.I. Pirogov on the basis of a retrospective analysis of the hospital’s archival materials for five years was determined. The structure of the cysts of the maxillofacial region with the correlation of age and gender indicators is described.
